Neurobiology JEDI Working Group Purpose:
The Neurobiology JEDI Working Group is composed of faculty, staff and trainees and works to both identify climate and structural equity concerns within our cohorts, and improve communication across cohorts. We then brainstorm of ideas and solutions, which are either directly implemented, or moved on for further consideration by the departmental leadership.
